
The Southwest Valley - Goodyear and Buckeye
The cities of Goodyear and Buckeye are located in the Southwest region of the West Valley. While both cities continue to add big box development along the freeway, Goodyear’s main downtown is located along North Litchfield Road (exit 128 N. Litchfield Rd). Concerning Buckeye, the main downtown is located around Monroe Avenue (exit 113). However, many restaurants and shopping facilities are also located on Watson Road (exit 114).
Goodyear

Goodyear is nicely embedded in the White Tank Mountains and easy accessible due to its convenient location just off the I-10. Getting around and orienting itself in Goodyear is quite easy as the entire downtown is based around North Litchfield Road, which is the main road. The Tourism Information Centre is located in the City’s Chamber of Commerce on North Litchfield Road. The way there is clearly marked from I-10. Goodyear, as mentioned above, is surrounded by mountains and is, therefore, a good starting point for excursions to the nature of Arizona. Buckeye
The city of Buckeye has, although located only a short drive from Goodyear, a completely different atmosphere. In Buckeye, the Mexican influence is omnipresent which gives the city a nice, Latin American flair. Downtown is located around Monroe Avenue, where various restaurants, convenient stores, accommodation opportunities and shops can be found. Concerning the Food and Beverage offer, Buckeye is also dominated by the Mexican cuisine which gives guests the opportunity to make the acquaintance of a complete new culinary experience and also meet local Mexicans.
